Modern engines both petrol and diesel are controlled by computers so to modify them involves changing the computers program, there are two methods of doing this, either by changing the program by writing new information to the computer (this method is explained under our ECU re-mapping section) or using an external control unit or Tuning Box to bypass the cars computer.
We have several types of Tuning Boxes all with 3 years warranty and 7 day money back guarantee, the cheapest is the KTL CR range (pictured bellow right.) which is a simple single channel digital controller which is connected to the fuel rail pressure sensor on your diesel engine, it simply takes over control of the rail pressure and injects extra fuel at specific points in the rev range. These units are easy to install and effective but have a limited range of applications.
Many companies charge upwards of £300 for these units, some will have flashing lights inside and twenty or more so called maps, this is all un-necessary, our unit has only got a programming port to allow us to program in one map specific to your car, we give you the maximum power safely possible for your vehicle. Our kits are digital and fully waterproof with no computer port connectors used.
We also have a wide range of Diesel Turbo and Petrol Turbo multi-channel tuning kits (left picture below) and injector tuning kits (right picture below) which connect to several sensors on the engine to control turbo boost pressure, fuelling and timing or plug directly to each injector on some diesel engines. All of our units use proper waterproof automotive connectors, these units are multi-channel processor controlled and most carry T.U.V approval.
